jttt Terms and Conditions – Rules for Filipino Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and jttt ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering, or placing bets on jttt, you confirm that you accept these Terms in full and that you will comply with them at all times.

• Temporary account cooling-off periods (24 hours to 30 days).
• Permanent self-exclusion for players who wish to stop gambling entirely.

Once a deposit limit or self-exclusion is set, it cannot be reduced or lifted immediately. A mandatory review period applies before any increase in limits is processed. This cooling-off requirement is intentional and is there to protect players from impulsive decisions.

• Contacting support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

jttt is not liable for losses resulting from a player sharing their credentials or failing to secure their account, except in cases of verified platform security failure on our end.

jttt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account if:

• The account holder is found to have provided false information during registration or verification.

• There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for illegal purposes.
• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the account holder.

In cases of account closure due to fraud or Terms violations, any balance held may be forfeited pending investigation. Where an account is closed for legitimate reasons — such as a player-initiated self-exclusion or voluntary closure — any qualifying balance will be returned to the verified payment method on file after completion of standard verification checks.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jttt's liability to any player is limited to the amount of the player's account balance at the time the claim arises. jttt is not liable for:

• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or power interruptions during a game session.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain account security.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind.

If you believe an error has occurred in the settlement of a game or bet, you must report it to support within 14 days of the relevant transaction. Claims submitted after this period may not be investigated. jttt's decision on disputed settlements is final, subject to applicable legal recourse.
